I took offense to them forcing me to review and sign their extremely long list of rules and regulations. They staff upon check in was not very friendly. I would stay there again if I had to, but would probably choose a chain hotel next time.

No smoking of any kind - but rooms sure smelled like it
The bed was comfy .. we stay for a week for our honeymoon normally beds are too hard .. we sat on this one on Monday and extended our stay we knew we would not get a softer bed so comfortable to us is key yo a good night sleep after a day of exploring around Colorado

Overall was a good stay. The only real negative was the upstairs occupants were loud all night.

Reception office Hours closed at 10pm
I had a reservation for one night at Magnuson Hotel in Manitou Springs to attend your show of the blue Angels at the Coral Springs airport. Unfortunately we had a incident on the road driving from Albuquerque, New Mexico and vehicle had to be towed to the next town in New Mexico, so unfortunately we arrived late to the hotel and the office was closed ! At 10pm we had no room where to stay for the night, my wife and my nephew I call several times through the hotel and other locations here in Colorado Springs, but I never had a satisfactory answer. This one reason to be disappointed with this hotel brand
My family was exhausted from a full day of adventure and driving. I have stayed in many older hotels this trip and you can tell when one is well cared for. This hotel is one of them and very accommodating. Staff was great and gave pointers for how to prepare for Pikes Peak Cog Railway.
This was my kids first
Not a bad room, but there were other considerations that dampened the experience. No elevator & we asked for a ground floor room due to luggage but were still given an upstairs room. Had to climb the stairs with a lot of heavy luggage. Desk clerk was indifferent, not friendly. Hotel had a laundry room, but it looked like machines were being repaired. Fairly convenient location. Offered breakfast and coffee included which was ok.
Very enjoyable stay! Pleasant staff. Comfortable bed, slept like a baby all 3 nights!! The cleanliness was top notch, the cleaning staff was amazing! Will definitely stay there in future! Highly recommend 😊
This property's location was perfect for our visit. Short drive or an ambitious walk to the downtown area.
Clean room, friendand helpfully staff, comfortable and safe.
This is an older hotel. The bed was old and sagged on both sides. The were not very comfortable. The rooms were small.
The location was very good for what we wanted.
