The room was pretty clean but there was a piece of tissue stuck in the peephole, which was weird. The waffle maker didn’t cook waffles all the way, the coffee was just lukewarm and scrambled eggs should be offered to go with the biscuits and gravy. Also, when checking in, the front desk attendant didn’t inform us of the checkout time or even that breakfast was offered.

Thankfully we were only there one night.
The online photos made the hotel look much nicer than it was. It has been updated, but cosmetic only. The walls were thin, the beds were uncomfortable, the rooms were small and the AC made horrible noises all night long, which repeatedly woke us up when we weren’t already awake due to the screaming coming from the room near ours. Multiple people finally complained enough that the hotel must’ve threatened to have the family leave because it went on well past 1am. The hotel can only do so much about that, but the thin walls certainly didn’t help the matter. All of that being said, I will say the staff was friendly and you could see there was an attempt to keep the facility clean.

There were bugs in the rooms they don't refund for the inconvenience and moved me to another room with bugs still on the bed had to leave with my children because of it and still paid for the nights we didn't stay
