Nice, safe area. Breakfast was good for a nice start to the day. Close to the highway for easy access to and from the hotel. Walmart and a few dining areas very close, walking distance. Clean room, everything working. Nice, usable gym for a quick workout

This was a very poor stay. We arrived to be told that they only had two room available even with our booking had to choose if we wanted a working tv or a working ac. And were told they could not offer a refund because we booked with Hotels.com. Then found the room to have no water pressure and dirty towels!!! Feel as if a refund should have been offer !!

Comfortable beds. Lots of room. Friendly staff. Free breakfast was good. Front desk didn’t have much information for the area no maps didn’t know where other amenities were such as nearby restaurants within walking distance. Found out at the next hotel from their cleaning staff that a mall with Walmart was across the highway.

Stained sheets, water pressure was very very very very very (Extremely) LOW.. I was transferred to 2 rooms and both were in the same condition. I don’t know where they got the 8.7 rating. It’s a 3 rating. Would not recommend for any one..This is Owned and managed by another company not Best Western.

THE FIRST ROOM I WAS GIVEN THE CARPET WAS SOAKING WET, AND THE ROOM HAD A BAD SMELL TO IT, SHE SAID THEY HAD SHAMPOOED THE FLOOR EARLIER THAT DAY AND SHE WASNT AWARE OF IT, PLUS SHE PUT IN A ROOM WHERE THE NEXT DOOR GUEST HAD THERE DOG UNLEASHED IN THE HALL WAY, AND THE NEXT DOOR GUEST WHERE LOUD AS HELL AND KIDS KEPT RUNNING IN AND OUT THE ROOM PLAYING AND SCREAMING, THE SECOND ROOM THEY MOVED ME TO THE FIRE DETECTOR AND CARBON MONOXIDE KEPT BEEPING ALL NIGHT BECUASE THE BATTERIES NEED TO BE REPLACED IT WAS SO BAD TILL THE POINT THAT I HAD TO GET UP AND GO DOWNSTAIRS AND ASK THEM TO COME AND REMOVE THEM SO I COULD SLEEP, I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIIN ITS GHETTO FABOULOUS

Horrible hotel!!!
The front desk staff at night check in were great. The room was clean-ish. The pillows were TINY & very uncomfortable!! The power flickered off and on constantly and front desk said it was due to some reason and didn’t fully explain. Animals running wild on property. The water pressure was horrible and I could barely shower! I will never stay with your company again after this.
