The good things: excellent room. Perfect location with shops and dining options. Excellent breakfast. Needs for improvement: Shower water pressure terrible, amenities also needs some improvement, bathroom paper quality very poor, very hard for our tastes. One thing that we cannot figure out is that the TV automatically turns off after about an hour every time. Never has happened to us. Since it is an identified dog lover hotel we brought our 2 kg dog with us. After 25 hours of traveling without slept at the counter we where told that we needed to wait another 3 hours for our room. Imagine…! We don't choose our timing in selecting a flight, we get what they have so we got at midday to the hotel. I would recommend to the hotel to be more sympathetic to this kind of persons. Otherwise the hotel is fine.

We loved staying at 71 Nyhavn. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and included in our stay. We rented bikes and rode all around Copenhagen. What a beautiful city!
