Leave the cat at home!
I thought the room a little small, no chance to swing a cat. Otherwise I have no complaints. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient and the hotel was very handy for the station, Tivoli and central Copenhagen. I would book the hotel on any subsequent visit.

The service was the worst, they did not make up the room, there was bug in the bed and I showed to the staff the pictures of the bug they ignored. There was no even water kettle, the toilet was far away and the room was very noisy. This is the worst hotel I had ever stayed.

The staff were so friendly. We got there before check in time and they let us store our bags so we could go walk around. It’s right next to central station which is so convenient!

It’s clean, I’ll give it that. Bathroom down the hall. No soap in the squirter to wash your hand, no soap in the squirter in the shower. No soap in the room,. I live on a narrowboat so I’m used to small spaces but this was far smaller still. Room about 1.6 metres wide, TV fixed so that the only way you could actually watch it would be if you sat in the sink. Not a lace I’ll be coming back to

The hotel is just outside the Central Station and is also in the proximity of the major attractions. There is a lot of restaurants closed by. The hotel itself is average. The internet was efficient.

Older building with reasonable room for four. Big windows with cute curtains on 5th floor. I enjoyed the unique outdoor sounds. Very nice, free, breakfast!

Voor een kort verblijf in Kopenhagen een prima uitvalsbasis. Goed ontbijtbuffet per ochtend te betalen bij de receptie. Vanuit hotel binnen 5 min bij centraal station en metrostation.Geen last van stadslawaai. Harde matrassen met te korte lakens. Wij hadden gedeelde badkamer/toilet, dit niet als storend ervaren. Afvoer wastafel room 238 liep niet door en bij enkele douches bleef je met de voeten in het water staan. Hier melding van gedaan, is tijdens ons verblijf geen actie op ondernomen. Hierdoor was tanden poetsen op kamer geen optie en moest dit bij wastafel op toilet. Niet fijn! Er wordt schoongemaakt, maar onvoldoende. (niet in de hoekjes en rondom afvoerbuizen etc)
