Nice hotel in good location. Tried to use the spa but with told it would cost 350 Kronar each person which is disappointing. Can only use it for free it you book a spa room the staff in spa said.

The hotel is nice and conveniently located near the Norreport train/metro station, Rosenborg Castle, nice restaurants, and the walking shopping district. However, the best thing about this hotel was the staff ... to a person, the staff was the friendliest and most helpful that we've ever encountered while traveling.

We loved our stay at Hotel Kong Arthur. The hotel was on the water, close enough to sites yet far enough away, and in an area we will return to. There was a "cozy hour" every night and we really enjoyed that. The staff was amazingly helpful and made our stay lovely. We also had breakfast every morning which was a real treat for us. Wonderful staff and it was a great way to start our day. We will definitely stay again when we return to Copenhaven!

A lovely stay at the Hotel Arthur Kong. The hotel is super stylish and the lobby in particular is so welcoming after a long, cold day of exploring the city. The free drink during cozy hour is a lovely extra that we enjoyed a couple of times in front of the open fire. The bedrooms are on the small side, but more than adequate for our stay. We had the most wonderful time thank you Hotel Kong Arthur

The hotel was very friendly and in a lovely quiet safe area. The bedrooms were quite good although not amazing. Breakfast is expensive but worth it- the most extensive and unusual spread I have ever seen. Cozy hour with a complimentary drink every day is a nice touch. Convenient for sightseeing.

Very enjoyable long-weekend stay at this conveniently-located hotel - all attractions within a 30 min walk (or less via metro/subway). Staff very friendly and professional. Room basic but clean. Absolutely fantastic, well deserving of the high praise reviews. Staff was professional and kind, rooms were clean, and the best part was the communal space in the lobby where they hosted a happy hour every night from 4-7 with your choice of a free drink. Great hotel will stay again.
