Comfortable Stay
This hotel has a great location, is 10 minutes walking distance from the central train station. Very comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Perfect space for a solo traveler.

Good location and price.
Nice staff, great location. Room was small but clean and functional. The bed was not to my liking and the shower was very small. Room cleaning needed to be requested from reception in advance and this was not made clear to me at check in. For the price point I guess it was ok but it was not for me.

The room was clean except the duvet had a huge stain that looks like vomitus. I did not notice it until the very last day as i was making sure that i did not leave anything behind. The room was small but more than adequate for my needs. The restroom has frosted glass which is ok for a solo traveller but would lack privacy for those who are sharing a room. The shower has good water pressure and hot water. Breakfast was reasonably priced with a lot of options. You need 20 dkk to store your luggage. The hotel is located near the central station and there are 2 bus stops that are only a few feet away from the hotel. The staff were all pleasant and helpful.

My wife and I take multiple trips a year to many countries. And Denmark is by far the most expensive place to visit….even has to charge DKK$25 for a cup of hot water. Their service industry and people skills are very poor. We will not be visiting Denmark again

The single pillow is not enough, and while there is a spare in the room, if there are two of you a pillow each is not enough, they are small and empty and difficult to sleep on. If you want another you need to buy one.

The property has issues. While located near the train station, it is a bit of a walk to the tourist sites in the city. It is immediately next to a hostel, which can be loud on the weekends. We knew we booked a small room, but it was very tight for two people. We concur with other reviews that the sink and shower do not drain well. The wi-fi is archaic and terrible. It continually drops you and doesn’t re-connect. Not a great experience.
