Liebe Gäste, danke für Ihre Buchung und für die Zeit die Sie genommen haben um uns zu bewerten. Es tut uns sehr leid für die Unannehmlichkeiten. Wir haben versucht bei jedem einzelnen vorgenannten Punkt zu achten um Sie zu überzeugen, leider aber ohne Erfolg. Da wir bei diesen Zeitpunkt ausgebucht waren könnten wir Ihr Zimmer nicht tauschen und haben Ihnen versprochen sobald ein anderes frei war, es Ihnen zu geben. Da es noch Nebensaison und nicht so warm ist, haben wir Ihnen sofort die Klimaanlage/Heizung eingeschalten wie gewünscht. Wir versuchen uns immer zu verbessern und hätten uns gewünscht dass Sie zuerst zu uns kommen um uns all diese ''Mängel'' zu sagen! Wir wünschen Ihnen einen schönen Sommer und würden uns freuen Sie wieder zu sehen.
