Great Stay at Lively Beach Hotel We stayed in a one-bedroom unit on the second floor with a rooftop patio, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The space was bright, clean, and spacious, with two full bathrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private patio—plenty of room to relax. The hotel has a beautiful saltwater pool, a fun bonfire at 9 PM, and a well-lit boardwalk that leads straight to the beach. The gated, private entry gave an extra sense of security, and we loved being able to rent golf carts to explore the area. The only downside to our stay was the mattress. It was extremely firm and rugged. If you’re sensitive to firm beds, bring extra blankets for comfort. Other than that, it was a great stay and we’d still recommend it for families or anyone looking to enjoy the beach in comfort!

This was a great place to stay with kids. We had a calm relaxing time. The beach was at your footsteps. The sand was clean. I will be coming back and staying here yearly.

Our stay was pretty great, it was cozy, accommodating and kept the temp cool perfectly. The pool was perfect for the kiddos, super close to the beach and also close to stores for last minute things. The sports bar down the street was great too, super clean and had delicious food.

Incredible! Amazing staff super clean room soft comfortable bed, roof top spaces , WiFi throughout the complex grills and a super nice pool. Can also walk straight to the beach from your room. They provide towels to bring to the beach also. It’s also a beautiful complex.

Internet was down for the whole visit. Was already down when arrived. Spoke to front desk that night said it was being fixed. Wife spoke with staff in the morning and we were informed that it was down and would not be fixed. She expressed our disapproval and asked for a reduced rate and she was told to notify Hotels.com. No desire to make it right.

Property was clean and the room were extra large compared to other hotels. We did ask for a beach and sea view and it was not addressed, although we did not pursue it. I loved the dog friendly aspect. The property was safe and exclusive as it was a gated property. We did have one disappointment as we were celebrating my brother n laws retirement from the coastguard and many members of our party stayed on this property. During our celebration in the bonfire area, someone had called the police and security and property management and we were told to discontinue and disassemble our celebration. This was very upsetting and disappointing.

The only area that needed attention is the walking deck to the beach. There was a 6 foot tall mound of sand that has caved in unto the walking path which causes you to have to climb up and through the sand to get to the beach.
