This high-end home offers two living spaces, an apartment on the ground level, completely detached with a separate back entrance, and the main living on the second level.
The spacious second-level living room, dining room, and kitchen are all open to one another, offering a convivial hub for lively group camaraderie. Vaulted ceilings, large windows, and a whimsical coastal-inspired décor make the space airy and bright. Everyone can find a spot to relax in the large living room with plush seating. The modern kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Everything you may need for preparing meals and beach snacks is provided. The dining area includes a large farm table with bench seating for eight, plus seating for six at the large kitchen island. This floor also has two inviting master suites (BR1 & BR2), both featuring king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms with double vanities and tile showers with glass doors. The guest bedroom (BR3) has a queen-size bed with access to the shared bathroom across the hall with a granite vanity and tub/shower with glass enclosure.
The ground-level one-bedroom apartment offers complete privacy away from the main living area; it has a separate bedroom (BR4) with a queen bed, a queen-size Murphy bed for additional guests in the living room, a kitchenette with a mini fridge, sink, microwave, and a full bathroom with granite vanity with tile shower and glass door. The shaded ground-floor patio includes a picnic table and an outdoor shower for a quick rinse after a day at the beach. The covered upstairs deck has ample space for outdoor entertaining; fire up the charcoal grill and enjoy a festive fresco barbecue. Feel free to pack light, a washer/dryer is provided for your convenience. The driveway has ample parking—bring along your personal watercraft, golf carts, or even a boat.

Great Family Visit

Great Beach house, perfect halfway spot to meet my brothers for family time. (I live in McAllen they live in Houston Area) We are all in our 70's so everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom and the golf cart made it easy for us to visit the beach. Awesome family time.

Great House and Layout for a large Family Group

Liked the layout of three bedrooms on the main floor and the apartment on the lower level. Worked out great for the "Older Kids". The downstairs outside area perfect for grilling and all the beach stuff. Had a fixture issue and a couple of appliances that need some work, but overall would stay at this location again. The Neighbors on the "NW Side" were very quiet. Golf Cart ran great, and carry six.

Great Place

Booked for a quick family getaway and was impressed with the layout and amenities that fit my families needs. My parents even tagged along & were happy to have their own little apartment downstairs. Kitchen is well equipped & location is convenient to everything. Will definitely stay there again.

The house was very clean and comfortable. Nice open floor plan with plenty of counter space in the kitchen. Very good ac and plenty of ceiling fans. Very nice patio and seating area. Easy to get to and plenty of parking. I give this house 5 stars even though two showers had low pressure, the dishwasher was tricky to reset, the ice would get jammed in dispenser, range light was out, and one bedroom had no dresser. All very minor issues that we adapted to. After 22 rentals, this one I would use again.

This was our second year at this property. The floors were dirty. The TV did not work properly, the dishwasher was not working. I wish we could have had more bath towels. We had to do laundry everyday so that we had enough towels for the next day. there was blood on the sheets on the bed that my son stayed in. Was there on the first day we got there so it was not ours. I just wish it had been cleaned better.

3/2 upstairs and 1/1 with Murphy bed downstairs. Perfect for big families! Very roomy and comfortable. Nice big island in the kitchen with plenty of seating. Near restaurants/shopping and close to beach entrance.

Peaceful getaway

My co workers and I had an incredible getaway at this beach house! There was room for everyone and the pullouts made it great for movie nights! The open floor plan aloud a group of us to navigate through the house without us being on top of eachother and the balconies were so nice to be at during the sunrise and sunset. I’m not gonna even begin on how much I loved the bathrooms!!!! The beach was a minute golf cart/car ride from the house and a good 15 minute walk by foot but is within a good distance. Had an issue with an appliance and the issue was immediately resolved. Would definitely love to revisit this location if I’m in town again!

Family Birthday Trip

Great property to spend a long weekend. Loved that each bedroom had a corresponding bathroom and the large open living/kitchen space made for a perfect family gathering. The large deck out front is a great place to hang out and the patio on the ground floor is plenty large for grilling outside with the convenient park model grill. This property had everything our group needed and more. We look forward to renting it again at our next big family vacation.

Relaxing and Fun Trip

We had an amazing Thanksgiving at this property. We rented the golf cart, a must, and spent our days seeing the sights. My favorite place was the jetty where we saw dolphins and sea turtles. The beaches were clean and beautiful. The house was very homey, accommodating, and spacious. The kitchen was large and well equipped to make our Thanksgiving dinner. Thank you for a great stay.
