Beautifully remodeled, this beach front condo overlooks the gorgeous waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The Kitchen has stunning granite counter tops, new Shaker cabinets and a large double sink as well as a crafty designed backsplash. There is a Queen sized sofa sleeper in the comfortable couch and plenty of seating for the whole family to enjoy a movie on the 42” flat screen TV in the living room. The dining table is placed directly in front of the full length glass windows facing the ocean for optimum family meal time as well as pure vacation time. The Master Suite is accommodating and spacious with a King sized bed, comfortable sitting chair, and full sized closet to unpack your belongings and feel right at home. This Master Suite offers a 32” flat screen TV with a connected DVD player as well as a Private Master Bathroom. This Master Bath is roomy and alluring with the gorgeous granite counter tops and a decoratively tiled walk in shower which includes shelving for all of your toiletries. Even with queen and twin furnishings provided, this Guest Bedroom is roomy. There is a 32” flat screen TV connected to a DVD player for nighttime entertainment for your guests as well as a connected second bathroom. This bathroom has the delightful granite counter tops like the Master and a full sized tub for ultimate relaxation.

Decided to celebrate my 50th birthday at the beach with my 3 daughters. The Sandpiper property was an excellent choice. The Pool and Hot tub were awesome and the short walk to the beach was perfect. Definitely will choose the Sandpiper for our next beach trip!!
