Other than the pool being closed that evening for maintenance it was lovely! Very nice people and very clean and modern hotel. Loved the big rooms! Super nice.

Great location

Great location on the river, walkable to restaurants, shopping and university facilities. Staff was friendly and helpful with finding a great spot for dinner. The pool and hot tub were clean and well-maintained. Would definitely stay here again!

I love the location. The staff was fine. However... I called a few days ahead of time requesting a ground floor room. This was not honored. I am a disabled veteran. I had several heavy totes of items to take to the county fair. They put me on the 3rd floor. While I was staying there the elevator failed for 2 days causing me to have to move heavy totes by the stairs. I managed but it was a huge painful hassle. They also tack on a refundable xxx per night damage charge. These issues will make me consider other hotels in the future.

Hotel was nice, rooms were clean, staff were friendly. Close to downtown. The price seemed fairly high already considering it was not a time when there was a home football game or anything. They also tacked on a $10 parking fee, which just felt like a cheap shot. Its obvious every single person is going to drive to that hotel in the location that it is in. So why not put that in the up front price? Overall good experience though.

clean, quiet, friendly staff. wish pool was outdoors. need recycle bins in rooms. breakfast good; need to clean outdoor tables more frequently.

Great Experience

Great location. Convenient for walking or quick Uber/Lyft to restaurant downtown areas. Great staff. Clean. Good breakfast options. Great view of the river.
