The room that was given to us was occupied when we went up. The front desk didn’t seem to know what was going on. Finally a new room was given to us. The aircon is noisy. The bathroom has only hot water. We have stayed many times with this hotel without a problem. This is the first time we booked the room through hotels.com and got very bad experiences. Is it true that the hotel assign bad room when booking through a third party? We start to think so.

I really enjoyed myself. The rooms look dated in the photos but are actually quite nice. I would recommend the upgrade to the king suite. It was a nice amount of space. Business center was down but the front desk was kind enough to make me copies of documents I needed for work. Lots of food options here but the quality was low. Of course it’s connected to the casino so there’s plenty of activity downstairs. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised with my stay and will rebook if back in this area again.
