Beautiful Area, Old Building with Many Mice
We ended up leaving early because there were mouse droppings near all of the cooking/eating utensils in the kitchen. Beautiful area, cute cabin, but the building is run by a company that doesn't have direct communication with the owner so they allege that it's difficult to resolve the pest issue. They sent somebody to take a look after we left.

cabin by the stream
The property location is beautiful by the stream, cabin quaidnt and authentic rep on VRBO. We were very disappointed in the cleaniness of the kitchen, the dishes were "half washed" mice droppings on plates. The silverware was dirty and the drawer needed cleaned out. Interesting old chip can under the bathroom pipe and the order from old food or drains was strong. I don't want to

Relaxation At It’s Best
Second time this year staying at this cabin by the stream, love how relaxing it is. Perfect getaway for myself, husband and our pups. Brought the 6 year old grandson along this time. We explored the area, played in the creek, saw the Kinzua Bridge, and sat by the fire enjoying the starry sky at night. Will definitely be returning. Grandson gives it 600 stars 😀.

Wedding stay in Potter
We were looking for a place to stay with wifi and dogs. Overall the location is great. It is arguably smaller than it appears in the pictures. This was fine as we had no issues it was just a Suprise at first. We had no issues and everything went smoothly. The one drawback was there a kind of funk odor on the 1st level. I don't know what was causing it, Seemed like musty or sewer gas leak maybe. It didn't alter our stay at all but it is defiantly something they should look into. Area is gorgeous and this place is cozy. Overall I would stay here again.

Streamside Cabin in the Woods
Very rustic and authentic log cabin in a beautiful + secluded location. This is a great spot to just relax and commune with nature and saw plenty of wildlife right on premise. Chris was a most gracious host and went out of his way to make our experience a wonderful one, this is a great place to spend some quality time with family & friends. PS - the stars at night are magical!

Interesting place
Overall was an interesting experience. Pros - very quiet and secluded, fire pit was nice. Cons - we understand that rodents are an issue with true wood cabins but there was a dead rodent stuck in between the wood by the kitchen sink; there was a very strong odor going on in the cabin that made it hard for all of us to sleep the first night; some of the mattress could use a change. If you’re going for it’s proximity to Cherry Spring State Park, it’s still a decent drive away, especially if your gonna be doing driving at the darkest times of the night. The price is a bit high especially if you’re going to just be using the cabin as a place the sleep. The pictures on the listing is a bit deceiving, the place is a lot smaller than the pictures may seem. Overall was an interesting experience but probably won’t be back.

Underwhelmed. Stinky.
Property is much smaller than it seems in pictures. So just noted. Also a bright white water or sewer pipe going across the stream that is photoshopped out. IT STUNK. Upstairs. Downstairs. Everywhere. Like a mix of must and maybe dead mice? Spent all weekend w filthy windows open. It’s rustic alright. Fire pit at night was nice. They must have gotten new mattress and remodeled the tiny shower since some negative reviews on those. Way overpriced for what you get. Would not stay again. But quiet and near Cherry Springs State park and my son loves the trout hatchery nearby for fishing.

Peaceful Cabin
We had an enjoyable stay at the cabin. The property was quaint and rustic. Just like a cabin in the woods would feel. The bathroom and shower had nice & comfortable upgrades. My husband and I are not price sensitive and often will pay a higher price in exchange for more higher quality properties. We felt this property was overpriced for what it delivered.

Great spot!
We're a family of 5 (kids: 7, 9, 12) + our large dog. We wanted a spot to crash for part of the day and be close enough to go over to Cherry Springs State Park to view the meteor shower that was due to peak. Beer/wine store and General Dollar 5 min away, and the main town just 5 min more. The creek, toys and games on hand we're great for our family.
