It took 45 minutes to check in and our rooms were not ready until after 5 pm. The rooms are old, but comfortable. The buffet food is meh, and nothing is labeled. We were able to reserve one dinner at the restaurant, which was very good, but the reservations fill up very early, even if you get in line before the reservation desk opens in the morning. Hot tub is luke warm. Late check out was not possible. Restaurant employees are friendly.

The staff was amazing and kept the resort clean. It was quite a nice place. We just wish the room had more electrical outlets and the AC works much better.

Cozumeleño resort was a tranquil, paradise that really neededsome TLC. The wait staff was so pleasant and efficient. Lived the general vibe. We truly did get to unplug and relax.

This property is older and it shows. The rooms are dated and the couch in our room was covered in rust and had holes in it. Having said that, the room was clean otherwise and the staff throughout the hotel did a good job of keeping most areas clean. If you have stayed at other all inclusives, the single biggest difference you will notice is the food. To say it is limited is being kind. However we almost always found something to eat (but barely). It did propel us to go off property for a meal or two in search of better cuisine. Even staples like guacamole and chips and salsa were missing. The shinning star of the hotel were the staff. Always kind and helpful (with the exception of the older gentleman at the front desk) the staff were great. The beach area is nice and the ocean access from the beach is a nice luxury not all hotels in Cozumel have. I’m not sure we would stay here again, but overall I would give it 2-3 out of 5 stars.

The view of the ocean is amazing, they have some nice calm waters to go swimming. The hotel is not really close to town so you will need to take a cab everyday if you want to explore town. If your a picky eater tough luck food would be the area that they can most improve on. The rooms are solid, shower was kinda broken but hot water was working and A/C was great. For the price it’s not bad at all.

Nothing exquisite, if you’re looking for luxury this isn’t your place. If you just want a bed to sleep in and a shower and toilet, then you’ll be fine. The shower reminded us of a gym locker room since it was all tile and how it was built. Barely got any hot water. Out tv remote didn’t work, but we weren’t there to watch tv. There’s two restaurants- one you must make a reservation for and it also has a dress code (but reservations can only be made day of, and fill up before 8am). The other is a buffet with semi- appetizing food. It’s nothing special, lackluster at best. But you can wear your swimsuit or anything you want in the buffet food area, which is outdoors right on the beach. The beach on the property is beautiful but there’s not enough cabanas and you also have to get out there early to claim a spot. There’s mini golf course which was fun to do. My fiance and I were just looking for a quick 3 day getaway from reality and spent NYE here and they had a nice party and nice food that night. The staff were all super friendly and attentive and I have no complaints with them!

Property has some damages due to storms and of age. The staff made up the difference with there hospitality and care they gave us. We will be going back in November and hope things are better.

Liked that it was all inclusive, the staff was great, but other than that not enough food options for vegetarian and not enough food options for kids either, if you're traveling with kids i would look for other options.

The pools were nice. The water was chilly but we were there in December, so mo surprise. The dining options were very limited. There were two restaurant options available, which were a buffet option and one that required same day reservations. The buffet selections were small and not very appealing. I guess I expected more, but you get what you pay for.

The food and drinks were horrible! 5 out of 7 people got sick! If you are looking for cheep this is your place. The property could use a lot of updating. Would not recommend this place to anyone. I will definitely go back to Cozumel but I would never go back to this place!

Transfers: There are no direct hotel transfers, would recommend that if you are going from the CZM airport or the ferry terminal that you book a taxi, as this was the least expensive option ($10USD for a car and $30USD for a large van). A shuttle will cost you around $100USD. Food - After traveling since 3:30am and arriving at the hotel at 10pm, we found out that there is no food available thru room service and all restaurants closed at 9pm. Same food everyday. There was a grill but half the time the food was partially raw in the middle and not fully cooked through, you only had two real choices - beef or chicken. Food seemed to be recycled on a daily basis with the exception of Christmas eve where there was actually a turkey and roast available. The restaurant was the same food as the buffet and the only different was the presentation. Bar - the bar offered limited drinks and a menu for fruit drinks which after breakfast, they asked for payment even though this was not advertised anywhere. Drinks were extremely limited unless you wanted to pay for it (no menu with pricing, just word of bar tender). Pool - the pool restaurant was never stocked, only the two bars were open and the food had to be ordered through the waiters. If you ordered food they expected tips and servers were scarce to come around. No activities (other than bracelet making) and limited pool side games and activities. Yellow flagged the beach so all free activities were grounded, could only do paid.
