Excellent Hotel, Cordial Staff

10min walking from Gandhi Chowk, it is a beautiful hotel with all amenities. The restaurant is serving all types of food. The staff are cordial. Nice experience for my family. Would remember for a long time.

Nice Hotel

Although, alps is 3 km away from central point but that was the best part of it. Away from usual hustle and bustle with serene environment. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

A great place to stay - best view at Dalhousie.

Nice property and rooms of ground floor are best. A littlew concern about house keeping and regular maintaenance will add philip to the hotel.

Good location

Lovely resort, ambience was good. The rooms were in good condition, the rooms had heaters and the hotel staff is good. Food was not that great. Overall good hotel to stay!

We stayed for 2 nights (June 26 & 27) in one of the suite. The service was great. Sanjay was ever smiling, prompt and attended to every request. It seemed the suite wasn't quite ready yet. The small window/slot in the bathroom was taped in with a newspaper. And the shower area had the soap holder still to be installed. There was some water leaking from the sink pipe which we asked to be set right. The hotel has a good location. With the mist coming in every evening; tea and pakoras were a mandatory ritual for us.
