We were very disappointed. There was prosititues in the parking lot at all hours and really and ethe place feel dirty.

We didn’t get any sleep. We were on the 3 rd floor, elevator was down. There were other guests drinking, being loud and playing music and running down the hall all night long. Front desk said they asked them to be quiet but that’s all they can do. Really?!?! We had a 6:00am flight to catch at the airport and a 3-1/2 hour drive back home. With no sleep this was terrible. For over 100 bucks a night…. Smh! I didn’t think this was a “ghetto” hotel. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Front desk staff was very helpful, cheerful and personable. Room and building appears clean and maintained. Parking lot well lit. Felt like it might not be the greatest area but definitely decent and a good value on price and being close to things to do in Dallas.

Cards not working most of the trip for most users elevator not working room on 2nd floor. Had to check out early waited 30 minutes 8 am.many people were up set and thought maybe something bad had happened. Instead when attendant came to the desk she argued and yelled at us that she wasnt gone fir 30 minutes flipping rooms.

The the elevator was broken for a few days straight and they had hs on the 3rd floor so lugging around a 1 year old up the stairs was very fun.

There were prostitution, drugs/used gloves, pimps and customers picking up the prostitutes. The area with food and snacks were not filled. There were gun shots as we were immediately leaving the premises. There were homeless people laying on the ground all over the property. A customer tried talking to me and mistaken me for a prositute. People driving over curbs and side walks. Mind you we were only there for an hour and a half and all this happened. Prostitution and customers going into the hotel and hotel rooms. VERY UNSAFE.

There’s like 3 strip clubs around the hotel, and 24 hours a day prostitution in front of the hotel, women walking outside almost full nude.nit for a family, room was horrible, chips under the mattress, not clean at all, pay for five nights on Expedia but we left the hotel next day, I waist 400 dollars for nothing, check the place yourself on google maps. Horrible area
