We felt very welcome by the staff in the reception. Atmosphere in the hotel was gentle and it did not feel too big even though there were many guests. However, food service could had been better. It is important that a hotel can provide services needed for its guests when it is located several kilometers from other services. At dinner we went to the hotels restaurant Loisto and we noticed that the á la carte was fully booked and we needed to take the buffay. It was over priced regarding the limited offering and the mediocre quality of the food. The price for the buffet was not visible on any of the price lists outside the restaurant, but on a wall inside the restaurant. Also, the parking could be included in the room charge, since the rooms are quite expensive and this is located far from city center.

Rauhallinen sijainti luonnon keskellä. Kylpylän pesuhuone oli aivan liian pieni muuhun mitoitukseen nähden. Pysäköinti oli maksullista, mikä herätti ihmetystä täällä kaukana kaupungista, eikä operaattorin ilmoitusta hevin huomannut.
