Good stay. Good location. Clean and comfortable
My husband and i enjoyed our stay here. We visited Dallas for the state fair and it was also the red river showdown weekend, so the hotel was packed with college students. I was worried that we would hear a lot of noise from our room, but we didnt! The room was big and spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. The amenities were also nice and the location was great. Would recommend

Everything was great starting from the male host answering the phone and helping with my questions. The only problem I had was the blood stains on the sheets of the room they booked me in . Yes front desk changed me rooms but you would think I would have got an upgrade just from the unsanitary experience I had . Thanks with respect -Marcus

I arrived at 6pm and my room wasn’t ready. I had to wait an additional 30-40 minutes for the room to be ready. They were overbooked and understaffed. I had to go back to the front desk four times because the room key didn’t work. It was safe for the most part but it wasn’t the best stay.
