Rooms are old and outdated. In areas that for not have the hotel perfume it smelled musty. Being so close to the airport, it should have a shuttle.

The rooms smelled like mildew. Had to request wash clothes for my room. There was a needle on the floor that my significant other stepped on that was in our room. The rugs were dirty, bathroom door would not shut close. This was my first time experiencing these conditions at a Crown Plaza hotel. Disappointed with this Crown Plaza Hotel. The restaurant food and bar was great.

This hotel is really deceiving online! We found roaches in our room the morning after checking in. After moving our room, we find roaches again! Building wreaked of mildew, constant loud guest … awful!!
