I booked a room and was told it was up stairs with no elevator! I have a handicap and could do the stairs. ( When i paid for my room I ask if I would be able to stay in the same room for duration of my stay and was told I would be able to.) They put when I came back later that night to actually get my room key they had to put in a room in the back to of the hotel on bottom floor as that was supposedly only one left. She was very nice about the hole thing about having to have a bottom floor room. When I came to pay the week again the same man at the front desk was rude and very uncooperative and told me I had to move rooms as they were booked solid and I couldn't stay in my room. His reason was it was a more expensive room and I had reservations for a cheaper room. Advised that I was on my lunch and he said had to be moved by three. Well no offer of help but I did move and hurt myself doing.
Kicker was that I had forgotten one important item in the room and didn't release it until Sunday two days after the move. I call and the young man that answered was very helpful. He advised that my room had not been rent out since Friday or cleaned, that he would retrieve my item and I could pick up at lunch time at the front desk. I did retrieve my item and was exactly the way I had left it.
My point was you have a person staying for more than 50 days in your Hotel and you treat this badly and no elevator is really not good business. I will think twice about extendig my stay.
