This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Holiday Inn hotel. When we checked into our room the AC was off. We put it on 66 degrees. Let to go eat to kill a few hours. Came back to the room and seemed to be cooling. Woke up at 2:00 am with AC blowing hot air. Couldn’t call the front desk because the phone in the room didn’t work. Had to get dressed to go to front desk. They moved us to another room, which the AC did work, but we only got 4 1/2 hours of sleep. We were only in town for 1 night for a funeral. The staff was nice and apologized, but still got charged full price.

The lobby area was very strong perfumed as if to cover another smell. The room was not as heavy but still fairly strong. The bathroom had some mold around the shower door but otherwise clean. The staff was very friendly. Will not stay there again however because i am very sensitive to peefumes.

Problems with air conditioner leaking in our room. We were transferred to another handicapped room that had a VERY SLICK shower floor. Beds were wonderful. Staff was very helpful.
