Best hotel ever !
I love this hotel ! It was my first time there and it was wonderful from start to finish . It was like a cozy little apartment. It was quiet , clean and smelled fresh , the bed was so comfortable I never woke up once . Breakfast was great , so many selections. The staff were all friendly and professional. This is my go to hotel in Frisco . Oh and the pool and hot tub were so enjoyable

Hotel was great. When we first tried to check in early, we were meant by pretty rude employee who told us that we would have to pay extra to check in that we needed to go find something to do. When we returned, we found a very nice lady at the front desk, who assisted us.

So welcoming we stayed longer.
Front desk people were amazing. Check was smooth. Room was nice and bed was comfortable. Kids loved it. It was so good we actually extended our stay another day. We didn’t want to stay anywhere else. We were here for medeivil times and ripleys and didn’t mind driving to them.
