Loved this hotel. We originally booked at a different hotel. After waiting 11 hours for our room we were given the wrong room. Immediately checked out and went to this hotel. Loved his they accommodated us right away. We were attending a conference there. When we originally booked, the room type we needed was unavailable. That’s why we booked at the other hotel. I’m thankful that someone didn’t show up so we were able to get a room there at the last minute.

I was amazed at the lack of places to hang clothing, towels, wash clothes, etc. The one bar that looked to be for hanging clothes wasn't tall enough for a golf shirt to hang w/o bunching up. The "closet" that was tall enough for clothes housed an ironing board, but no bar to hang anything on. The bathroom had 1 hook to hang anything on. No place for wet washclothes or small towels at all. There was a row of hooks on the entry hall wall, but that's not where I'd expect to hanging clothes, and especially not wet towels. In a room with 2 queen beds (for up to 4 ppl, 3 in my case), the room was severely lacking in what I'd expect from ANY basic hotel, much less a Hyatt Regency. The 'under-bed' motion sensor lights were nice, but only 1 of the 4 actually worked. On a positive note, The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the TV was big and easily positioned for the best viewing angle.

When I checked in I told the person I was a Hyatt member and wanted to make sure I got Hyatt points. I told him I booked through Expedia. He said no problem, pulled up my email and said he had it. Later that evening I learned that this property did not give points if you booked through non-Hyatt app. BS

Nice place but had a terrible experience with check in and has yet to be resolved. I got charged for 3 nights instead of one. One of those nights has been refunded. The other has been in pending for 9 business days. All other places I stayed throughout this week that did authorizations cleared with a day or 2 however this one has not.ive asked multiple people for assistance and they keep saying it will go back in however almost 2 weeks later and still nothing.
