Front desk clerk was amazing and super friendly. Valet was a little slow as she was also working the shuttle bus. Corner room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet.

This was my first time stay at a Hyatt hotel chain. It was my birthday and my husband suggested a staycation. They was so friendly and I wanted ro stay on a high floor with a view and they gave me that. I definitely will stay there again in the future and will suggest the Hyatt for others who visit. No suggestion to improve. For me the day was great. And rhe staff wished me a happy birthday.

Hotel Property is Very Nice
Hotel itself was nice and we enjoyed the convenience of being near the mall. Room service was mediocre (for example, at breakfast “toast” was a slice of untoasted bread). The worst part of the stay was the extremely loud party happening in the room next to ours that kept us awake until 3 in the morning.
