I only liked the convenience of the hotel, and the fact they were able to get us checked in after our flight had been cancelled. The gentleman at the front desk should not be working the front desk; he got extremely frustrated at guests who were calling to inquire information and hung up on 2 guests. Also the front desk double-booking my room; I went to open the door to check and see if my room service had been delivered and there was a stranger attempting to key into my room because the front desk tried to place them into my room. It was an absolute disaster, and the employees could use a bit more training in customer service.

Nice hotel
The hotel is clean, with up to date features. The bed want the comfiest but it was ok. Breakfast was delicious. Close to the airport which is convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

It's in a good location. Clean hotel. However few things should be clarified that the room with 2 queen beds is not actually a queen bed but full size beds. There's not enough lamps or light in the room so it's very dark unless you open the windows. Breakfast only had one waffle machine one toaster and it became really crowded during breakfast hours. We asked to have our room cleaned twice on two different occasions but no one showed up. Eventually the room was never cleaned and we had to check out. It's a good place to crash but the service is slow. Only good part is that it's clean, doesn't smell funny, you have ample parking and good accessibility to restaurants and shopping apart from being near to the airport.

Be warned of the alleged 24 hour free shuttle to the hotel.We were left stranded for well after an hour mid evening waiting for the shuttle which we were told 3 times it was on its way.Never turned up.Had no trouble getting the shuttle back to the airport after our stay.
