The room was a nice size. Other guests were noisy during late hours, I had to call someone to quiet it down. The hotel smelled old. The towels and bed linen seemed overused. The vents were clogged and dirty. Ground level flooring was peeling up. The elevator interior was worn out and the flooring was too. There was broken glass in multiple places in the parking lot and trash outside. The online pictures were deceiving. I’m not from the area, I didn’t realize that it was in a bad neighborhood. Upside, the clerk was professional. If I could have canceled without losing my money, I would have. I promise you, I will never stay there again.

Very clean. Breakfast quite decent.
I did an online booking early in July for our August trip and specified that I needed connecting rooms, instead they gave us 1 room with king bed and sofabed. Sofabed wasn't large enough for 2 people. Thankfully, it was for just 1 night. Overall, the hotel is very clean, room size was fairly spacious, staff is friendly and the breakfast is quite decent. I think I would stay here again, but would call ahead to speak to a live person to make sure what I specify is what I get.

This property is located accross from a strip club. You have shady people hanging around the property. One morning we came out to leave and saw someone's windshield busted which looked like a person was slammed down on the windshileld because you could see a large indentation in the glass.
