The desk clerk was absolutely perfect I do believe her name was Dee she was a perfect hostess the rooms were great the beds were soft the pillows were extremely soft excellent showers and again the hostess was amazing she was extremely professional

Mostly new. Staff very pleasant and accommodating. Quiet and close to shopping, restaurants, and things to do. Shower had some black mold in the crevices of the door but very clean otherwise. The rooms were decorated nicely. Breakfast served in am.

You can tell they’re cutting corners on maintenance items. This was our second week long stay. Both times the shower doors were missing parts. Carpets aren’t as clean as you’d expect. Air conditioners would not keep the room cold all night. I understood when I was told it was privately owned. It was fine for our needs because it’s a little over a mile from our home.

The young attendant upon check-in seemed completely checked out, and really struggled to communicate- whether from shyness or just youth, she needs more training in greeting and people skills. The entire first floor smelled of bleach, including the bed sheets- I worried a lot about inhaling the fumes, and I even have some kind of rash today. The headboards and anything made of fake leather was cracking and peeling, so the decor already looks worn and outdated. The sheets are pilling and very rough. It makes me sad when corporations cheat customers in order to save a few bucks. Shame, I can not recommend this property to friends and family when they visit.

The Very Sweet lady that was on duty 8-24-24 when we arrived was very friendly and made us feel very welcome, woke up the next morning and she was there again. Breakfast was very hot and alot of choices. Pool was clean and rooms were cozy. My family lives in Wylie Tx and I will be returning there again to stay when I go to visit

Insisted i put a credit card on file then refused to let me use it for a soda. I had a dog but didn’t realize ALL the dogs would be on the same second floor wing. This causes a lot of problems with dogs feeding off each others barking. Having to use the only elevator with strange dogs caused problems. First floor would solve a lot. Maids were ok. Breakfast was ok. Bed was hard.
