The lobby was very nice for gathering in groups. The property was walking distance from Toyota Stadium. The rooms were not the best. Water pressure was very low. Not enough toilet paper. Not enough towels.

2nd floor smelled of marijuana. Dogs continuously barking in rooms next to my room. Kids running/jumping in rooms above my room. People in neighboring room yelling. This was going on late at night and no chance to get a night of rest.

Buy more towels!
We checked in around 4:00 pm and were greeted by a friendly staff member. We noticed that the bathroom had only 3 bath towels for the four of us, so made note to ask for an additional one when we returned from dinner. We came back at 7:15 and asked the front desk for another towel as we had only 3 for 4 people, and we were told that there were no more as they had a large group there for a soccer tournament, but they would try to get another one to us. That never happened. We also tolerated a strong sewer smell every time we used the bathroom sink. On the positive side, the hotel is located near numerous sports facilities and good restaurants, and the breakfast provided was good.

NEVER AGAIN
This the worst hotel ever, if you looking for quiet sleep or sound proof walls or good customer service this not the hotel you want to stay in, i stayed 13 nights not even one night have a comfortable sleep, you can hear everything what the next room talking about very loud and zero sound proof, I like to do exercise and they advertise that they have a gym and surprising that since we arrived until checking out the gym was out of service, I pre paid before arriving and I couldn’t cancel or get refund to be able to change hotel, manger ignored my request and tried to leave a message to the manager every day to contact me and she never did, I DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE AT ALL.

From the moment we walked in, this was the worst stay i have ever had. The neighbors were loud and obnoxious to the point of having to call the front desk. There was broken glass beer bottles and trash everywhere outside. The beds were hard as a rock, there was trash in the toilet, food or some unknown substance on their wall decor, the shampoo, body wash and tissues were empty; so they had not been replaced in who knows how long. We were to stay there for 3-4 nights but checked out after the first night. They then proceeded to charge my card as well as another card that we told them to take off of the account, full price for the full stay of 3-4 nights. After we had already cancelled our stay and paid for the one night we actually stayed. So they have now fraudulently charged two different cards and we cannot receive our money back due to the managers and customer service not responding to our emails and calls.
