Beds are not the most comfortable. However, the rooms are clean and very nice for the price. We called ahead to inquire about the age policy and booking and was told that the age requirement is 18. Upon arrival we were told that the age is actually 21 due to alcohol being served on property. Staff went ahead and made an accommodation for us since we had already had the booking placed.

Better than expected from last reviews. Because they allow animals the room had a slight smell but not while in the room did you notice. No bugs were seen like others wrote. We enjoyed our 4 day stay. Playground across the parking lot that was really nice if you have little ones. Staff was amazing.

Everything was awesome staff cleanliness professionalism, a lady that serves breakfast very very very pleasant. Loves her job and you can see it in her smile. People at the front desk were amazing I can’t if there was a 10th star I’d give it.

The gentleman at check in was super friendly. I came downstairs for quarters for laundry and another gentleman also super friendly and asked how the room was. The whole place smelled like Febreze and cleanliness was impressive. I very much appreciated the use of Dove products instead of cheap watery brands. This will be my new go-to hotel when traveling out of DFW.

Was there to visit family. Please have them go to the building that is in front of the parking lot behind the hotel and ask them to fix that light it has been blinking for a long long time and at night it is annoying.

We checked in around 5 pm on Oct 5,02024.The gentleman the front desk is very efficient and friendly. We also saw him checking the facilites in the first floor, eg the pool, gym and the tea/coffee/water station to ensure things are well stocked and the areas are clean. He is very friendly. Another thing I like about the hotel is that the locks on all exits are working ensuring the safety of guests. The poll is a seasonal pool which makes it even better. The lady tending to the hot breakfast bar is also very kind and friendly. Overall, this is probably the best reasonably priced pet friendly hotel we have stayed with our dog.
