This place needs to be burn down. Mold, roaches, pet poop on walk ways, urine smell. Shower handle fell off. Air conditioner not working properly. Just say our anniversary weekend was ruined and they did not want to give me my money back.

The pictures that is on there site is a big fat lie. There was no refrigerator, no microwave, no trash cans, the tolite was stained that it need to be replaced and the bathroom sink the water was going out slow and I went to the dask told the manager that was there he said he would have the maintenance to come by in the morning which was that Saturday 9/14 no maintenance. The whole weekend we was there no one never can to clean nor change our linen on the bed. I ask for towels they didn't have no bath towels. So we had to go buy bath towels. I feel like they should give a half or all my money back. I wouldn't recommend Motel 6 in Grand Prairie, TX.

Don’t do it
This hotel was horrible. The first room had roaches and mold. I walked in the room and there was water in the table. The second room had roaches and the ac sounded like a train was coming you couldn’t even hear the tv over the ac. I checked out of the hotel and the guy at the desk said he couldn’t give me a refund instead just put me in another roach infested room.

Do not believe their photos!
Photos are either when the motel was newer, model rooms they rarely or never use or something. Eitherway they are super innaccurate. Place was run down, the front paneling of the a/c fell off when I went to adjust it, the room had roaches, the underside of the table in the room had peeled away and was hanging off of it. No microwave (there was a communal one in the lobby) in the room neither was there even a mini fridge to put drinks in (I never seen a motel room with no microwave of mini fridge). Place felt unsafe with what I presume to be a homeless dude just sitting in the stairway RIGHT outside my room door. Luckily he didn't bother anyone anything, but still... The bathrooms shower had its handle busted off and even when I got it to work the water was either ice cold or barely luke warm. I would have left early but im only here for a conference and luckily only needed a place sleep when I wasnt there most the day. Only good merits I can give it is that the A/C worked real good despite the panel falling off and the few times I had to interacted with the front desk they seemed pleasant enough.

Do not stay here. Health hazard.
This place was aweful. I wouldnt give a star if that was an option. There was cockroaches in the bathroom. The bathroom light didnt work. The shower head was molded and black. The shower ceiling was swollen and full of mold. The smell of mold was so horriable. We couldnt stay due to health reasons. The mattresses were springs. No cusion just laying on springs. The night stand had horrible water damage and was swollen. We got a refund and left. Not to mention the traffic was so loud because the door has a horriable seal on it. U could see out side. And the ac kept turing off no matter the setting.
