We stayed there because we wanted to be right by the Ford Center and wow amazing! At first our the room we received didn't have a view of the ford center and that area so I called down and asked if there was any chance we could switch rooms...within minutes they were able to give me this request and came up and zipped our bags right across rhe hall! It was so amazing! Our trip was strictly all about Dallas Cowboys everything as this is my hubby's favorite fball team so seeing the big screen and having a slight view of the practice field was indeed a big deal for us 😁. Everyone was so nice and everything at this property was clean and beautiful!

Night manager / front desk agent is the worst customer service individual I have encountered. As a hospitality owner myself this individual should not be placed in charge of a hotel like this. He is more like a motel 6 associate than Omni. African American individual.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. But, the restaurant staff, while friendly was painfully slow. So much so that I asked for a drink menu the night we arrived and didn’t get one, nor were we able to order anything. We were there for 45 minutes and it wasn’t that busy! We also had an issue with the smell of the water from our sink - it was gag bad! They resolved the issue for the remainder of our stay but expect it will be back - it was vile. One thing I do not understand is when you have a large bathroom space, why don’t you install hooks and shelves for guests? There was no where to hang wet towels or pjs, etc… and minimal counter space.

The hotel is part of the Star Complex which includes a large city block of restaurants & bars across from the Cowboys practice stadium. Keep in mind that during high-school football season the stadium is used by the local schools for Friday night games so it can get a bit busy before and during the games. The value for the money paid on the room was not as good as it should have been.
