While I completely enjoyed the great customer service experience and the attentiveness to try to correct each issue, my stay wasn’t a great one. I have allergies to roaches and ended up in a room that was infested around the base of the bed, within the rotten bottom side of the bathroom door and in the bathtub. I couldn’t be accommodated for another room because apparently they booked to the max, so I was stuck in this room and I’m now sick with cold symptoms because of the allergies to the roaches which caused the atmosphere to be uncomfortable and unbearable. I didn’t get any sleep because the roaches were everywhere and didn’t get a bath before leaving because they were in the bathtub.

Customer Service was excellent. Unfortunately I didn’t get the owners name but I’m almost positive it was him that I dealt with. He accommodated me with no issues. Rooms were clean and property seemed quiet.

Easy check in and very quiet. We were there for cacation so we dis not spend a whole lot of time at the hotel. Beds were comfy and room was clean. Check in was quick and easy and the staff was kind. Would stay again.

This hotel was an experience. The staffing was okay, but the roaches in the bathroom and room were a definite “no”. They definitely have to get up to date on their exterminations.

The airport shuttle service was convenient, the breakfast decent but the room smelled moldy and there was a roach in the bathroom. The ac was falling apart and the tv remote didnt work.

It was just okay
The room was clean and updated with new furniture, the bed was very comfy! However the bathroom was old, the shower wall was cracked. We stayed a total of 3 nights, and honestly ended up being one of the worst experiences! The ac was old, & barely worked during the day, which is crazy for Texas heat! It was so hot in the room we started sweating! Luckily we were able to go to the pool during the day to cool off, since the room was too hot. The fitness room is a complete joke! No free weights & the cable machine was not calibrated & broken...couldn't even get a decent work out in! However the full free breakfast was great, eggs, bacon, toast, waffles, and muffins! They had it all! Also the pool & spa is really nice to relax in. They offer a free airport shuttle, you just have to make sure you schedule the day prior to your departure! The driver was so nice he dropped us at our airport terminal so we didn't have a long walk! I'd honestly only recommend if you need to stay one night!
