The App TRIPSHOT needed to use to make reservations for shuttle is horrible!! The App freezes. Does not work on some phones. App has option to make reservations for more than self, but shuttle won't accept that. Every passenger has to make own reservation. Almost didn't get to go to concert due to these APP issues! TV remote didn't work.

I did not like that when i checked in the front desk lady said i had already checked in and had to make sure there was no one in our room. Then i guess i was still not checked in because i had another lady banging on my door to ask us why we were in that room and that no one was supposed to be in that room and needed my name to check me into the room. Also the room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. The only good thing i can say is how close and convenient it was to six falgs, where we came for. And that the room had seperate room for the two queen beds so we could have our own private room to sleep.

It was a great location with good parking during our stay. The trolley was a huge perk to and from ranger stadium. Location felt safe and quiet. Front desk staff was very friendly and always available for any help or to answer questions.

The hotel was decent. When I first arrived, there was a long line in such a short amount of space to check in. Me and my friend waited for a good 30 minutes before we were seen. The front desk workers were very nice. They chatted friendly with guests and made sure we were well acquainted. Once we got our key and checked in, we went to our room. The room was average. Was a little dated but had all the necessities we wanted for our room. The pros to this hotel is that it comes with free wifi, a decent sized room, a kitchen with appliances, and air conditioning that worked super well in the Dallas heat. The cons to this hotel is that their gym equipment is really outdated. The washing machines require payment. Normally, I wouldn’t mind, but they used this app called Clear Token that required me to put a payment of at least $10. To wash a load was $3 (for average wash) and for drying, it was another $3 (for average dry). I have about $4 unspent that I couldn’t refund back. Another con would be the bathroom. It’s all fine and usable until you need to flush. Our toilet made a loud whistling sound EVERY TIME you flushed. The shower made the same noise if you made it too hot. Overall, I would stay in this hotel if I was on a budget. This wouldn’t be my first choice to stay at, especially if I could afford better, but it gets the job done. It provides shelter. Just don’t expect a lot when staying here.

Complete garbage customer service
I flew in specifically to the location that I chose months in advance for a concert. Hence the location of the hotel chosen. As I arrived at the hotel I received a phone call informing me that even though I had a reservation that they did not have a room for me. I then spent over an hour on the phone trying to get a new room booked near our location and apparently that was not possible. The agent booked us a hotel that he said would be four or five star that was a little farther away but what choice did I have at this point. I arrived at the location (looked old and run down, but I don’t judge a book by its cover) so I checked in and brought my bags up to the room. Upon opening the door I didn’t feel comfortable even sitting down on the bed. So after the horrible service I received prior I took it upon myself to find an adequate room for my wife and I. Then went down and checked out requesting a refund. Which they would not do. So once again I was on the phone with a customer service agent who went back and forth with me for over an hour and finally I was told I would be refunded (funds have not yet hit my account). Causing me to drive over forty minutes out of my way for the concert. Not to mention hours of my time from a much needed vacation. Horrible experience. I will strongly recommend against using hotels.com to anyone I can.

The lady at the front desk was awesome. Very friendly, and very quick when asked for more towels. The room was cute, but if you closed the door in the suite for the bedroom it got extremely hot. The shower was horrible. While using the shower you either got scolding hot or cold water, it just fluctuated. Turning the handle didn't work to help with the temperature. The hall smells like weed constantly. Definitely will not stay here again.
