Don’t stay here!
At the time of check-in I was asked for “paperwork” to certify my dog was a Service Dog, which is illegal ! I am a disabled senior and had to threaten to file a complaint with the Dept of Justice! It is illegal to ask for paperwork! When we got to the room, we passed several rooms with their doors open and guests hanging out in the hallways. The suite was much smaller than what the pictures online showed. There were cockroaches in the bathroom, the toilet had black and rust stains all over the inside of the bowl, and there were very few towels. The bed was awful! The mattress was thin, lumpy, uncomfortable, and slid on the platform. We were constantly pushing it back into place! The kitchenette was old, very small, with limited essentials supplied. Overall, this was a poor 3 day stay and we will never return here! To add insult to injury, we had to pay a $100 deposit

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days and we were not impressed the good things were it had a kitchen and the window opened and we were able to check in before 3:00 p.m.. the bad things were the bed was so uncomfortable they only give you two flat non-useful pillows it was somewhat clean housekeeping not so good noisy noisy people live there good location though just overall my husband and I were not impressed and probably won't ever go there again.

This place should not be rated 8.0+, more 7.0
This was a different type of stay. The hotel was a bit nasty looking, but they have tried to update it to be respectable (and it was). Just hard to get past the the kicked in doors, stains on wall, and rough neighborhood area. If this was in a small town, I would say it was as expected. Being in Dallas, I would have stayed elsewhere for $15 more. Just the description was off... this is a not an above 8.0 ranking... more 7.0. They did good in the remodle, but you expect NICE when you book above 8.0 rated hotels and this was below NICE.

Its okay...I would only do it again if i had too.
Its definitely a studio 8. This location has a lot of crackhead around there, but it was okay for one night and my boyfriend really wanted the smoking room... so thats why we got it because if it was up to me, we would had got better for the same price in Desoto or another area
