The area had received a larger amount of snow than usual, and the handicap parking lots were all ice covered. We moved to a parking spot that had been in the sun and was clear, but we had to maneuver the curb.

My comforter had holes in it, the drapes were torn, the chair had the name “Guzman” written on it, the room smelled and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for 2 months, and no one came to clean my room so the trash was overflowing. I paid $70 a night and wouldn’t have paid $70 for all three nights.

The rooms need to be updated. There website says that they offer Continental Breakfast, but when we went to get it the front desk charged $1.00 for the Granola bars. The number only thing that they offered for free was the coffee.

There were burn marks on the carpet and bedspread. Cups in the room, but no coffee maker? Odor is stale, disinfectant masking older smells. And the safe didn’t work-no batteries. Overall disappointed. And my fault for missing the fine print about extra fees for pets. We had a tiny puppy, weighing less than a pound, living in her in a kennel. Had to pay extra!
