I've stayed here a few times now. This time around I had a few issues, nothing major but the refrigerator in my did not work and I had to switch rooms. Other than that I was happy with my stay.

I didn't like the fact that i b i booked a double Queen bed just to be able to get a tub shower. However i was given a shower.when i called guess services in the hotel let them no that im disabled and i must soak in a tub not a shower .The only thing the lady offered me was a shower chair.

Allergic to Down Bedding
I had to supply my own sheets and blanket because I am Allergic to all feather products. This hotel only provided feather comforters etc. I asked staff to remove all feather bedding, brought my own and made my own bed. Your hotel should offer Foam products for those of us that are allergic to Down feather products. I feel that I should receive a refund for the room since I had to bring my own bedding and also make the bed!!

The staff was not desirable. It smells of sewage when you walk in. Apparently its the normal smell said the nonfriendly check in person. Did not honor my registered ESA, charged me $75.00 for my support to stay. Other 3-5 star hotels do not charge when I show documentation. The dog areas in sprinkler system so we all got a bath early this morning before coffee. I will not be back.

Not Again!
The entire first floor smelled like raw sewage. Was part of a large wedding party and was asked to keep down our conversation in the lobby and not another location for the entire family to meet up and celebrate the special occasion. Would not recommend this property and will not stay again. Asked from desk if they had any firm pillows was told all they had was the soft down and to stack them together, purchased a pillow at the local target.

Ghetto....$130night and they don't even give you water bottles. Walked in and the place smelled like dog poo. A lady let her Chihuahua drag his big sack of balls all over the lobby couch and no one blinked an eye. Breakfast was minimalistic at best, bagel and cream cheese was the only thing worth eating. Police were called as 2 men had a fight on my floor. Seriously thought they were going to bust through the walls like the Kool aid man. Just a trash experience over all. Shame on you Hilton.

This location is more for younger crowd, they allow drinkinking alcohol on hotel public areas. Hallways, elevators and rooms have strong dog smells.

The hotel is located where it was quiet and not too far from the harbor. It was lovely experience. We stayed for a night and the room was just perfect for a little night away from home.
