My parents recommended this hotel to us. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good and fresh. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. Good start! Elevator, hallway and room were smelly. Each had their own unique odour. 1 kleenex in the box with no extra box nor extra roll of tp. Not good. Breakfast was less than stellar. Many usual items were not available or could not be restocked after the first hour's service.

The carpet is very old in all the hallways and rooms. It is stained and buckled. The furniture is okay but several pieces were chipped. On the side of the nightstand was crusty bodily fluid.

Was in town for family Christmas for a one night stay The young lady who checked me in was very nice and helpful. I asked for a later checkout time (12 instead of 11), to which she quickly confirmed that it would be on with housekeeping. The pool was a little chilly but at 9:00pm, it didn't matter to my family. The bathroom door did not lock, and the room had a small odor, but other than that it was a good stay. The breakfast was good and checkout was easy. It was still decorated for Christmas which was very inviting in the lobby..remind you of home.
