Room was not cleaned throughly. Trash was not emptied of dirty underwear and suspicious yellow liquid. Spoke to front desk, no other rooms available.
At checkout over night clerk was very rude. Front door was locked at 5:30 am and her body language and the audible sigh as I walked in said she did not want to have to get off her phone.
Multiple attempts made to speak to management and always goes to voice mail.
Clean room and well kept motel. Customer service was pitiful.1 Adult female was good. Every time I was seen by a custodian they would ask me was I checking out? That really was annoying, like leave so I can clean up behind you. 💯 on cleaniness
Microwave was missing the plate so it spun around but we spilled our food. Noticed a few bugs but we’re dead so pest control was good. Staff was friendly. Area was great and I liked how well lit the hotel was at night. I brought my dog and felt comfortable walking him at night. Maybe add another ice machine.
Liked location, night attendant unwilling to get off personal phone, inconvenienced her, poor customer service, needs attitude adjustment, felt rushed to leave, asked when leaving at 7am, 4 different times,
