The room was excellent, but the lobby was poor. There was a lot that needed fixing, but some things were fixed during my 1 week stay. The elevator was broken for 5 days but was working when I left. The pool was good. Both stairs to the beach needed work.

I’ve stayed at Daytona Beach hotels for quite a few years. This is the first time that I’ve ever stayed at a hotel that did not be concerned about the vehicle. I was driving or the tag number so if you forgot to put your parking pass on your dash they told your car and it cost you almost $200 to get it back With this place so small you can only get one person in at a time not pleased. The elevator didn’t work when I was leaving the walk downstairs or recommend this place ever.

i liked that is was on the beach .i didnt like that the police came to my room and had 4 officers point there guns at me like i was a criminal.it was very disturbing

Great getaway.
Amazing stay. Only complaint I have is they need bigger pillows. Other than that it was beautiful. Charles was super nice and helpful and it was very quiet and peaceful. Definitely will be staying again. Just bringing my own pillows.

I stay at this location twice year. Once for bikeweek and second for biketoberfest. Always pleasant. Until a few weeks ago during biketoberfest. The guy who checked me in seems new and a little lost because he needed help from the other employee. No biggie, we're all new at some point. Problem was he didn't give me a parking pass and i wasn't thinking about it at the time. Usually i check in in the daytime and the staff just gives you one with your papers. He didn't. The next morning my vehicle was gone. Towed by the local crooked tow company. Probably wondering why i call them cooked. The vehicle is in my girlfriends name. I told the tow guy this because i was on motorcycle with 1 seat and would need to call a uber or something. He said as long as i had cash and the keys i could get it. Registered owner is supposed to be the only person to pick it up. BW stop doing business with that company. BW educate all your staff that way policy is always followed. We bikers pay overinflated prices for these rooms during these events. Wasn't cool to have to pay for a tow bill when i paid to be a guest. Not to mention i had to wait 2 hours for someone to show up to the tow company. BW, i hope something changes to better the customer experience. Im kinda torn about cancelling my up and coming reservation

We've stayed at this hotel several times over the years, and the one thing we were disappointed at was they do not offer free breakfast anymore. It used to be a lovely buffet, but no more. The room was a good size and was fairly clean, but the fridge was tiny. Could use bigger fridges in the rooms. Hurricane Milton came through a few weeks before we arrived and they suffered some damage as a result. The pool heater was damaged so the pool was a bit cold. Although it was swimmable.
