The hotel was just average. We were placed in a room that should have been ocean view which wasn’t. The platform bed was larger than the mattress and I tripped and fell bruising my leg. We order drinks in the restaurant but was constantly asked if we wanted to order food. Not the best of experiences.

The Hard Rock Daytona was so great. I came in with my dog and they were so accommodating, asking if I needed a dog bed and bowl. The staff was so nice and jumped to take care of anything we needed. Room was nice. Very roomy. Great view right on the beach. Nice pool area too. The restaurant food was pretty good. Their mixed drinks were awesome.

Staff was very hospitable. We were staying for my wife's birthday and the Manager sent a giant piece of cake along with 2 drink tickets to our room while we were out. All staff were friendly even with hurricane Milton coming. We will definitely stay here again.

Hard rock is awesome, but the area around it not so much. Daytona has definitely gone downhill. I’m glad to see that they’re trying to vamp the place back up. You really don’t need to leave the hard rock they have absolutely everything there and you feel like you’re in your own little world. Great live music too.

The beach front is beautiful and an ocean view room was really nice. Service was excellent, including the spa experience. The outside area is nice. My only concern was that the food wasn’t bad, but it also wasn’t great.

Bugs in first room. Second room was good but not properly cleaned. Plates from former guests stayed outside my door my entire trip, crumbs on table when I arrived, bathroom floor wasn’t clean. Currently it’s the best hotel on the strip but it’s only a matter of time before it becomes like the rest if the cleaning crew isn’t retrained!!!!!
