There was a man at the front desk called Levi that was very disrespectful. I asked for three parking passes and he was shaking his head no like it was an issue so I offered to pay for it and he still had an issue with that on top of that, he had a child crying in the back office. No one told me that this hotel was under construction, so there was no way to get to the beach, so I go back in there to ask him and he just pointed his finger to the right very rude. Will never stay here again.

Was ok as a place to just pass out after a night out but not great borderline good enough to spend the night , lady at front desk was cool. Woke up to my window being smashed out so that wasn’t best way to wake up. Was gonna swim the ocean and showe but after window got busted in I just left so I lost the benefit of having hotel in morning. Not great but you will probably survive another day lol

My 3 kids and I stayed for 2 nights , & it was a delight . Staff was great, & our room was clean & spacious .. . I didnt mind that they didn't have a pool ,only because we went to the waterpark & had the beach to enjoy .. Overall , I would recommend. . thank u again La Bella 🙂

Not Bad. Great Location
I stayed here before a while back and said to myself that I would never return and said nothing but I had to take a last minute trip to the area and booked again. I can honestly say it's a Big improvement from last time even with the Construction Going on. Overall Good place if available at the Right Value and the Location is Great as there is a Publix 1 Mile away and easy access to the beach.

Over all I got what a paid for, 4 walls and a ceiling… as soon as me and my boyfriend walked in we thought we were on an ice rink. I’m not sure what was on the floor but I definitely wasn’t trying to find out. I should have known to lower my expectations when I went to check in and the woman was wearing a bonnet and had a mouth full of food. Very unprofessional. The icing on the cake was check out.. They were banging on our door at 11:04.. then 11:16 …. Then 11:35. At this point, I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. As a last min trip I might book again just to have a place to sleep but I would spend the few extra dollars on a different hotel. F.y.I the pool is under construction and you have to walk next door for beach access and parking is extremely limited.

The only thing that I did not like is, I was not able to get into swimming pool. They are still working on it and access to the beach is closed off for now. You can go to another hotel or go through the access road to get to the beach, other than that, I like it and I will stay there again. Also, it is literally walking distance to restaurants and stores to shop at.

There was no beach access and no pool, but I guess that’s why this place is so much cheaper than others. We didn’t see any bugs here and the beds were fine. It was very clean just a bit outdated and the door to the front of the room would not shut and lock correctly without trying a few times so that was concerning. The staff are sweet as can be! The parking was the worst part. I had to move my car so many different types of ways just to get out sometimes because of how small the parking lot they have is. It wasn’t noisy at all the walls are thick I didn’t hear a peep out of neighbors and the a/c ran cold the entire time ! Also the room we got surprisingly had a kitchen and dining spot, it wasn’t mentioned when we booked so that was a nice surprise !
