Great hotel, only downside breakfast could be better they only offer muffins apples and yogurt I would be nice for a little bit more since it states European breakfast. Other than that hot tub works ,they care how the grounds look will be back

Cons: The property is a bit beat, showing signs of wear. The elevator wasn't working when we were there. The bed was very hard (platform bed, no box springs). The wifi was terrible, including the ability to make phone calls on our cellphones. Pros: The staff members are very nice. The room is clean and has plenty of towels. There are plenty of places to eat in the area making them easy to find. The view from the room and the pool area is beautiful!

We stayed 2 nights. The first room had ants and we were given 3 choices. We can move, stay in the same room and they could spray or they could refund the last night and we could go somewhere else. Since it was a holiday weekend, the chances of finding another room was slim so we moved. The new room was ok. The night time clerk was very nice and drove to another property to get us a remote control that worked. The next day we were told that the elevator was broken. I asked how I was supposed to get my mom and her walker from the second floor. The staff got on the elevator with me and mom and we were stuck for 10 minutes while the clerk was on the other side of the door trying to open it. I kept asking if the Fire Department had been called and I was told no we called the maintenance people. When they figured out how to open the door we were back on the second floor and my mom and I slowly walked downstairs. The hotel was close to the ocean but this hotel needs several updates. The pictures are nicer than the facility.

Location was perfect, walkable restaurants and stores. Close to mini golf and parks. Modern architecture and design. The room was comfortable and clean however for a senior citizen bedside lighting was dim therefore difficult to see (read a book) I had to use my phone flashlight.

rooms nicely done, pool and hot tub clean and perfect temperature perfect. no info on tv channels and had trouble keeping a channel, struggled every time to get door key to work, even had new keys made. humidity very high in room making it feel damp. A rug at door would be nice on the wood floors. blow dryer would be nice
