Sadly Disappointed
The check-in process was efficient- However, I was VERY disappointed with the price point that the unit badly needed to be updated. I understand it is by the ocean and rust and wear and tear happen. However, we travel a lot and this badly needed some TLC. Our biggest issues were: 1) the internet didn't work for the first 4 days. My husband is an IT data engineer and it took several days of detective work to identify switched motums and incorrect login information to blame. My husband needed to work and this created a huge problem 2) The Dryer was broken and the repair man was sent without communication scaring our daughter a simple "heads up" would have fixed that. 3) I didn't expect much for the kitchen except basics, but the kitchen was SADLY bare- no measuring cups/spoons/mixing bowls- the one pan was "black" when I washed it- $<100 at the dollar store would have fixed the basics. The Bedskirt had yellow/brown stains- don't want to think about this. I don't need fancy but I expect clean for this price point. My friend's condo in the same building was amazing so the owners need an update and check with their management/cleaning crew of they are not on site. I received texts daily that my unit was "ready" for check-in when we had been there all week. Alot of communication issues. We travel with our dance team regularly and were disappointed in this stay. It was expensive for the quality and not clean. This is the first bad review I have EVER left.
