It was what it said it was.
We arrived after 10 and there was a property manager guy who let us in the process was easy enough. We had a code to the box box unlocked a key key. Got us send into the room once in the room there were in her keys that allowed you into the pool in the fitness room the pool was awesome. Was 10 feet deep on one side looked like it was new within the last couple years, it had a kid section too. Big patio area with direct private access to the beach We could see the boardwalk from this room. You could also see the city and the ocean. It was nice to wake up and see and hear the ocean I did not see any bugs the shower was small, but the pressure was good and the water was hot The elevator worked fine. Tv worked fine so did stove. Big clean fridge The building had eight floors. This unit was on the seventh. I would come back and stay again. It was exactly what it said. It was an older building. they do a nice job with the outside and the beach access was awesome. The pool was awesome, you don’t spend much time in the room anyway There were two rooms so you can go to bed and the other person could stay awake in the patio side of the two rooms It is next-door to the city access and there was A lot of people watching it’s a big city so you see homeless people all over the place. Stay in Ormond Beach and maybe they won’t see on the street but they’re still.

What a view!
Cozy condo unit with an amazing view of the beach. Very much enjoyed our stay. If I had any suggestions - would be having pool towels available and a small table on the balcony for a place to set down your coffe while enjoying the ocean breeze. Would definitely return.

The condo was clean and as described. Partial Ocean view. Couple of touches that would have been nice is if beach chairs and towels were supplied. Also if there were a k cup coffee maker instead of pot. All in all it served its purpose as a place to stay right on the beach with a decent pool.

Decent but not clean!!!
The location was ok…not great. Next to a park that has alot of homeless people and drug addicts who overdose daily. Property was clean but dated. They tried to update the room but it’s not even finished. Literally tiles missing on the bathroom walls. No curtains in the bedroom. No place to put anything in the bathroom….no place to hang the 3 towels for 5 nights for 2 people. They do not want any kids there and they even have a book inside the unit describing everything you can and can’t do, mostly cants! The dishes are gross, you rely on the previous renter to clean them. The bed sheets had blood on them. There’s more sand on the floor than the beach. you have to carry 2 keys to get into and out of every door. And to top it off….there’s an envelope for a tip for the housekeeper. Would be acceptable if the renovations were complete and well cleaned but it’s not.

This was a wonderful room and very clean. Love all the decorations and everything worked properly. I like that there was cleaning products included as well as a broom and mop to keep the floors clean. I don’t have anything negative to say about this room, however the listing is *slightly* inaccurate. This is Ocean view, not quite oceanfront but still the room provides an excellent view. It does not directly face the ocean but you can still see everything you need to see sitting outside and from the living room couch as well. the bed was comfortable. The only negative thing I have to say, It does not reflect on the room or the owners of this room, just the unfortunate location of the resort. It happens to be directly next to the public use area including picnic tables in the splash pad. However, homeless has completely taken over the area and are there day and night. They do not leave the public use area Leaving it completely unusable for families. They surround the children’s playground,/area, and picnic tables. They essentially live under the shelters there and take over the shelters and the bathroom. It is just unfortunate that these areas are not usable for the public. That is not the fault of the resorts or the owners, just something worth noting if you’re traveling with children.

Not a comfortable stay
This unit looks nice and has a nice view even though it's on the side of the building. And we do like the location. But the sofa and the bed were very uncomfortable. The bathroom just has a very small mirror hanging above the sink. Very hard to use to put makeup on or for my husband to shave. Also, none of the burners got hot enough to boil water. We were going to use the pan in the oven, but since the guests are responsible for washing everything, someone did not clean that pan very well.

I would recommend staying at this property. It is very secure. Within walking distance to many attractions, shops, restaurants. Easy beach access. Easy self check in. On sight parking seems to fill up quickly at night. I would definitely stay here again.

This property is right on the beach overlooking splash park in Daytona. The apartment was nice. It is a little dated Everything is close to this location and the strip can be noisy at night.

Very nice view but the unit needs some Tender Loving Care.
We enjoyed our stay but as stated above the unit needs some TLC. The shower drips, the bathroom cabinets don't open and close properly, the stove in the kitchen could be replaced and the furnishings are a bare minimum.
