Entire staff was great from valet to the beach club. Location was amazing. And we loved all the little touches they added to our stay , champagne upon checkin , little flowers in with room service etc etc .

The stay was great. The only hang up was trying to call for room service. Nobody would answer. No answer at the front desk either. We let it ring and called back and tried so hard not to have to leave our room, but my husband finally went down to the front desk and the person couldn’t get the call through to room service to answer either. Finally we ordered from the pool bar and asked for it to be sent up to our room. That ended up working out to our satisfaction. Everyone was helpful and courteous. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel pool was well serviced and the beach club service was A+.

I found my "changed" blanket folded as new with make up on it. I showed to house keeper while she was cleaning the bathroom l. She claimed she thought she changed it.

Went with family who have stayed before but we were not overly impressed. Not directly on the ocean. Tub was dirty. Room was dark and needed updating. Staff was helpful. Gift shop closed. Beach club blah. Overpriced but understandable given the area

If I had known there would be a jackhammer outside my room I would have chosen a different hotel for my first vacation with my boyfriend. He was working remotely on Friday and was unable to due to the noise.

The poolside bartender and the valet driver was the only pleasant part of the experience. They said there was mihor construction. The whole building was under construction and they had no amenities available. Not even a snack or drink vending machine.

Nice property. Did not know the restaurant was closed for construction though and threw our plans off for the night but we figured it out Also like to park my own car but the valet were nice and it was easy. Room was very nice! Pool should stay open later than 8pm. Was not aware of cafe for breakfast either until we already went out for coffee. Staff were very friendly and again, room was fantastic. Great tub.

We had an amazing stay! Extremely accommodating staff and free transportation within 3 miles. The beach club was a blast with D.J., bar and bites. Our room was well laid out and comfortable. Fairly priced, great location, highly recommend.

The Hotel is clean, and the staff at the front desk is very nice; however, the hotel is under renovation, and most of the areas are closed. They started drilling and were very noisy early in the morning including on weekend

I personally love this Hotel been going here for over 15 years, unfortunately there under construction which I was not aware of until I got there, very disappointed ☹️ but I wil totally recommend this beautiful hotel ones it’s done ✅ and will be going back again. The staff are as fantastic very understanding Eddie, Anton and Giselle were amazing 🤩
