This home has three bedrooms, all with new mattresses with adjustable bases (2025 Season), and an additional sleeper sofas in the upstairs living area, sleeping a total of eight. The downstairs living space has new couches and new tv and sliders opening up to a deck with ocean front seating and a gas grill. Off the kitchen is an additional dining area, with a corner window giving you more views of the ocean. The master bedroom has its own full bath with stand up shower. Enjoy your coffee on either the top floor or main floor deck, or on the paved patio. You're COD LIVING AT IT'S BEST!!!
