The good : 1. Clean 2. Recently updated 3. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and clean 4. About 20-25 walk to Union station 5. Close to free mall bus (we walked everywhere) Bad : 1 of the elevators wasn’t working and sometimes a bit of a wait - not the end of the Overall, I would recomend and had a positive experience.

This hotel was amazing! The breakfast had a huge selection and there were numerous restaurants within walking distance. We chose to opt out of the valet parking because there was a public parking lot right next door to the hotel which was only $5 for the entire day for weekends and $14 for the entire day for weekdays. The staff was friendly and professional and my children loved the pool. We will definitely be staying here again!

When we first got inro our room it was great but when we walked into the bathroom it smelt horrible. It reeked of sewer and stayed like that prettt much the whole stay. The ice machine was brokwn and had no ice for our floor. And the conforter for the bed smelt like meldew where you wash something in the wahsing machine and leave it in there too long before remembering to put it into the dryer. Over 2.5 stars out of 5. I had high expectations based on reviews and ratings but sadly for us it was not the same experience.

Only one working elevator during our stay and it was super slow. Limited closet space with a door that only allowed access to half of the closet and only one set of "drawers" that amounted to 3 wire baskets for clothing. Leaking but flushable toilet. It wasn't a horrible stay but we'll look for better never time.

What you'd expect from a Hampton!
5 night stay. King suite. Very spacious room. Comfortable and quiet. Convenient to all things Denver; we never needed a car. Front desk was a bit meh, but all the other staff we encountered were very nice. Great breakfast with plenty hot and cold items. Fitness room was adequate and was adjacent to the indoor pool. Exactly the kind of stay we come to expect from the Hampton chain! Would absolutely stay here again!

The front desk and valley were amazing. They made a not so wonderful situation better. Friendly and welcoming. The room was ok, very quiet. Cleanliness was ok, there was a random kids hanger, hair in bathroom, ring around the inside of tub.
