We had a good stay. Hotel is older, but maintained. Breakfast was good all three days and the all day coffee was great. Room was comfortable amd beds were comfy. Pool was very cold and jacuzzi looked permanently covered. Overall stay was good.

We got to the area around noon and the front desk staff was pretty rude. Didn’t look up and was a bit snippy when I asked if we could check in early. I thought at that time it was going to be a horrible experience. Three hours later and $80 more from going to eat and drink to pass time lol. Check in was smooth. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Thank goodness the same person wasn’t at the front desk! I guess I can understand you can’t get in until check in but most hotels will tell you they can call you when room is ready. No way all rooms are ready right at check in time. Regardless be nice about it and look at your customers. We didn’t go to the pool just because of other comments about it being cold and not heated.

The room itself was nice and spacious. However, the bed and pillows were not comfortable. I genuinely woke up with neck and back pain everyday. I should have requested a room change, but my partner didn’t want to go through the hassle. I’m still icing and heating my neck.
