The Space:
This historic property is the true definition of unique! Relish the exquisite detail of stained glass windows, local oak woodwork, and flagstone walls mined from the famed local “Red Rocks.” It features luxurious and modern additions, such as hand-woven Phillip Jeffries wallpaper and Jonathan Adler accessories, bridging old with new for a timeless experience.
Our home has a charming nook on the front veranda, where we often enjoy breakfast, and a furnished patio in the back garden, perfect for a glass of wine in the evening.
Amenities include two living areas with large flatscreen TVs (no cable - streaming apps only) and a steam shower in the master bathroom. The kitchen has a Sonos System and high-end appliances: Blendtec blender, Breville convection toaster oven, KitchenAid mixer, and stainless steel kettle. All paint is zero VOC, and mattresses are hypoallergenic and organic to relieve allergy sufferers.

This neighborhood offers a vibrant mix of arts, culture, and Colorado history. You will be near The Denver Center For The Performing Arts, Fluid Coffee Bar, The Horseshoe Lounge, La Pasadita Inn, and Las Delicias. It is a short trip from LoDo, Larimer Square, Coors Field, and much more.
Explore the gold-domed Colorado State Capitol with its "Mile High" marker on the 13th step. Civic Center Park hosts live music and food trucks on Tuesdays and Thursdays from May to October.
You'll find some of Denver's finest museums nestled amongst beautiful turn-of-the-century mansions of "Cap Hill," including the Kirkland Museum of Fine and Decorative Art and the Molly Brown House Museum.
Don't miss the Denver Art Museum and the Clyfford Still Museum in the Golden Triangle neighborhood. With more than 50 galleries, fine-art studios, museums, specialty stores, restaurants, nightclubs, coffeehouses, and bistros, the neighborhood is a great place to explore on foot.
Several other parks and open spaces are also located nearby, many of which are connected by walking and bike-friendly trails. Hop on the train from the airport, which runs into Downtown Denver at Union Station, less than 1.5 miles away. This is a convenient way to explore downtown Denver and the entire metro area or hit the mountains by jumping on the Amtrak train up the hill to Winter Park for world-class snow skiing, mountain biking, and an all-around great family atmosphere.

Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are recommended from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly. We are not responsible for guests' ability to access roads or parking due to weather conditions.
