The Space:
This historic property is the true definition of unique! Relish the exquisite detail of stained glass windows, local oak woodwork, and flagstone walls mined from the famed local “Red Rocks.” It features luxurious and modern additions, such as hand-woven Phillip Jeffries wallpaper and Jonathan Adler accessories, bridging old with new for a timeless experience.

Our home has a charming nook on the front veranda, where we often enjoy breakfast, and a furnished patio in the back garden, perfect for a glass of wine in the evening.

Amenities include two living areas with large flatscreen TVs (no cable - streaming apps only) and a steam shower in the master bathroom. The kitchen has a Sonos System and high-end appliances: Blendtec blender, Breville convection toaster oven, KitchenAid mixer, and stainless steel kettle. All paint is zero VOC, and mattresses are hypoallergenic and organic to relieve allergy sufferers.

This neighborhood offers a vibrant mix of arts, culture, and Colorado history. You will be near The Denver Center For The Performing Arts, Fluid Coffee Bar, The Horseshoe Lounge, La Pasadita Inn, and Las Delicias. It is a short trip from LoDo, Larimer Square, Coors Field, and much more.

Explore the gold-domed Colorado State Capitol with its "Mile High" marker on the 13th step. Civic Center Park hosts live music and food trucks on Tuesdays and Thursdays from May to October.

You'll find some of Denver's finest museums nestled amongst beautiful turn-of-the-century mansions of "Cap Hill," including the Kirkland Museum of Fine and Decorative Art and the Molly Brown House Museum.

Don't miss the Denver Art Museum and the Clyfford Still Museum in the Golden Triangle neighborhood. With more than 50 galleries, fine-art studios, museums, specialty stores, restaurants, nightclubs, coffeehouses, and bistros, the neighborhood is a great place to explore on foot.

Great historic home; Central downtown location
We had a family mini-vacation with our 2 adult sons, their wives, and 20 month old granddaughter. The house met our needs perfectly! We had plenty of room for everyone! Beautiful historic home which has been restored and modernized. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Wonderful historic home
My wife, daughter, son-in-law, and I stayed at this property during our recent trip to Denver. We loved the spacious house. The neighborhood was eclectic—with numerous restaurant and coffee houses within a block or two. The steam shower was a hit and there was an awesome selection of books. Very comfortable beds and the kitchen had everything we needed.

GREAT PROPERTY/POOR MANAGEMENT
Management company does NOT take phone calls. Email only. No chat option either even though that shows as a communication option. Check in instructions are not provided until literally 30 min prior to check in. Not very comforting when you're traveling across the country and you don't have info to enter the property. The listing says to contact them for early check in or early bag drop off. Neither were available so with a 4:pm check in we had to find somewhere to store all our bags for several hours. The house itself was lovely. The bedroom at the front of the property upstairs has 3 huge windows (2 to the street and one to the side), only 2 of the windows have window coverings so sleeping was tricky with too much street lights and morning sun. The overall neighborhood is great but the building right next door had people hanging out right at the entrance to this property and you had to step over and around them to enter the gate. The kitchen had the absolute minimum in terms of pantry items such as sugar, paper plates, etc. The listing says check out is 10:00 but then we got a text saying check out is 11:00.

So-so
I didn’t realize from the pictures how historical this would be. Not ideal for toddlers or older family members. The stairs were very very steep with no handrails. Sofa in living room was not great and the neighbors were very loud at night. Location was great for walking to restaurants and a park close by but I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Beautiful home, great location
Overall, this is a stunning property! Our only frustration was that there was not enough bedding for all of the beds listed as available. We had to contact the property management company several times to try to get enough and when the housekeepers brought extra bedding, it was just one extra set of sheets - still not enough but we made due. The location is stunning and some great restaurants within a block or two. Parking is a challenge but that is to be expected in downtown Denver.

Very nice home to stay!
Renting the property through the VRBO website was very easy and convenient. The house was clean and well maintained. Before making the trip, I called to get some basic information about the location of the house and nearby grocery stores. However, the calls were never returned. Better communication will make it the experience much better for renters.

Great House and Great Location
This house is full of character and was the perfect setting for our family's holiday gathering. The kitchen was well equipped and if we didn't feel like cooking, plenty of restaurants and coffee shops were close by. It was a very fun stay.

We Will Be Back
I rarely take the time to fill these out. However, this property is exceptional! I even texted the host half way through our stay to personally thank them for the house being exactly as pictured and for all of the amenities (kitchen supplies, plenty of bedding, comfortable beds and even Restoration Hardware cloud couches!) Can't recommend the home and or the hosts enough. As I stated in the title, we will be back for sure.

Great downtown location with lots of room!
This is a great location for a large group. We had 10 people for a long weekend in Denver. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and place to sleep. Kitchen was stocked with spices, dishes etc. to cook meals. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Very pleased with staying at the house. Highly recommend if you want to stay downtown Denver.

Never again!!!
Well besides the fact that the place was not cleaned properly due to covid. There were several things that stood out for me. Mold in the coffee maker, spiderwebs everywhere. A ring system inside the house that someone was listening in on us the whole time. It was only 5 of us. Originally suppose to be 11. Every sec I received a message about noise and we were only talking if not sleeping when I received them. I felt very uncomfortable the whole time but it was to late to find anywhere else. The couches in the living room had a million stains, clothes still in the washer and dryer. Then to top all that they asked me to help the cleaning people clean even tho we paid a cleaning fee. I don’t think I would book with them again due to the harassment about noise and the fact that the house sit on and around a trillion mini apartments. If you breathe someone would here you. I just want pray no one in my part gets sick from the non covid cleaning that took place before we got there.

Enjoyed our stay on Logan Street. It easily accommodated 6 of us. Beautiful old home. I was not aware there was no private parking so had to drive around the block several times to find an available spot on the street. Also parking tickets were issued if you did not move the vehicle by a certain time in am. Convenient to downtown sights. Small issues of hair dryer not working, no kitchen towels, next door neighbor playing loud music til 1 am 4 out of our 6 nights.

The property was under construction when we got there. We stayed in the basement, which smelled musty. We opened up a humidifier to find mold and dust on the filter. The handle on the fridge broke when we opened it. The place definitely doesn’t look as good as the pictures show.

The apartment was just as described in the listing. It was very roomy and had essential items available in the kitchen and bathroom. The bed was very soft - not firm at all. Linens and towels were new/updated. The location was perfect.
