I check in we were told the room that we paid for wasn't available and that they have to put us in a different room and then following that the next day we were told that we owed an additional amount of funds because of the room change even though it wasn't because of us it was because of the hotel needing more space and we were not informed at all but when we went to check out they said that they had informed us and that we knew we were going to be charged when we checked out. It felt very unprofessional and disrespectful to be called a liar when we said we had no idea about the additional charges owner was wearing house slippers with no socks and seemed uninterested and unprofessional when we arrived attendant was outside smoking a cigarette and went into the building with a cigarette in her hand the smoke smell made our son sick we had an appointment early and breakfast wasn't out yet by 7am and was suppose to be out by 6 and no coffee room smelled like mold poor ventilation

The room was very old with some weird smell. The heater was not working. The bathroom interior had rust and the steel was peeling and was definitely not safe. The floor in bathroom had some brown spot which m not sure what it was but overall I would not stay here again.

I believe that there are some racist there. They lied and said we were smoking in the room. I don’t even smoke, I vape. I stay there to be close to my job sometimes so why would I even do something like that?? We’ve stayed here numerous times, so I don’t know what was going on. Nobody called, messaged, or emailed me to inform me about anything so I was confused when I got there and the front desk worker informed me, hours after check in time (3:00pm). It was very inconvenient and a low ball. We don’t bother anyone and we’re done mess up the rooms. We keep to ourselves so I assume they are just racist or just plain evil. They said in order for us to stay again we would have to pay a $200 deposit…this is after the room was already paid for

On a hot day 3rd floor room was hot with a\c off. Later Still too hot to sleep. Front desk allowed me to move to another room - also hot with a/c off but cooled down once I turned on. That room smelled bad. Many rooms but there’s only 1 rickety cart Place is old, dingy and worn out. The toilet is the lowest I’ve ever seen — no clue why — and WAS NOT BOLTED DOWN. Guests a bit scary - elevator rides interesting Apparently they allow dogs - large according the barking. Also Very noisy upstairs people. MY FIRST AND LAST SUPER 8 experience for sure

Decent place to sleep close to Airport
It was a decent place to sleep 😴 prior to my early morning flight. Bed was fairly comfortable. Room was dated but ok. Its not the hilton and as long as its a basic room you are looking for that wont break the bank it will suffice.

For the right price, I'm all about finding the diamond in the rough, but this one is less diamond more rough. Many of the occupants seem to live there, if that gives you an idea. They're trying, I'll give them that.

This place is dirty. I pre paid for my room on Expedia and found that they charged me a second fee of $60 for the room. Very dissatisfied. Room smells of smoke. Cheap bar soap is all that is provided.
