My daughter got stuck in the elevator for a short hour- had to call the fire department to get her out. Found out it got stuck the day before and the day after finally after 3rd day in a row having the Stillwater fire department called out they put it out of order. No one from hotel management reached out to us.

The best things about this hotel are the amazing staff and the cleanliness! Lori made my check in a breeze. After a long hot day at an amusement park, the room was so refreshing - from clean, fluffy towels to soft sheets and perfect pillows it was the best nights sleep. For breakfast there was anything you could want included, even biscuits and gravy! If i could give this hotel more stars I would. Thank you so much for making my stay so wonderful!
